The first season for The Bail Post ended on December 31, 2022.  During Season 1, The Bail Post released 25 episodes.  The top four episodes of Season 1 were as follows:

Number 4-

Episode No. 6 was released on February 4, 2022 and it was entitled "Meet The Coopers."  Here is how the episode was described-

Kellye and Anthony Cooper are bondsmen in Mount Pleasant, Texas.  They talk about their bonding business and the ways that they keep up with defendants and how they help improve public safety.

Also, their son is a Marine.  When they became military parents, they began looking for ways to support their son.  Kellye created a nonprofit organization referred to as "M.O.M" (Ministering Our Military).   If you are interested in leaning more about this great cause you can visit the website for Mom at (https://www.momtx.org/) or by visiting their facebook page Ministering Our Military.

On this episode, there is also a discussion regarding the allegation that bondsmen are the cause of crime increasing.  As Kellye says this is a hard argument to understand from the otherside because it flies in the face of logic.

Number 2-

The second most listened to podcast in Season 1 was the very first episode.  Episode No. 1-  What the Heck Do Bondsmen Do?  One of the most asked questions is about what bondsmen do.  Some people think that bondsmen do not really do anything, but this could not be further from the truth.  The reality is that bondsmen play an integral part of the criminal justice system and in many ways the industry is the grease that keeps the conveyor belt of cases moving through the system.  There is a reason bail bondsmen have been around for 200 years.
